How to Detect Available Nodes?
To ensure stability, the node list will be continuously updated. You can check whether the current nodes are available in the following ways.
If a large area is unavailable, it may be because the node list has been massively updated. If you still get errors after updating the configuration, there may be a fault that needs to be fixed.
iOS
Quantumult
In Quantumult, click the "circle" on the homepage, yes, the blue circular button in the picture below.
Then click the detection button in the lower left corner of the "Node List" page.
The right column is the status chart. For example, the first line indicates unavailable, and the others indicate available. The aircraft or car icon only represents latency size, not actual connection speed. The actual speed depends on the specific connection effect.
Generally speaking, speeds in Asia will be faster than in the United States.
Shadowrocket
Node detection in Small Rocket is quite intuitive, just tap the "Connectivity Test" option on the homepage.
Then select nodes with green numbers. The green numbers also indicate latency size.
Android
Android phones use the Clash software, which needs to turn on the switch to test. Click the "Proxy" column:
Then click the lightning button to test. The number on the right side of the node indicates that the network is connected.
macOS
For Apple computers, the software used is also Clash. It is recommended to use Rule mode by default unless otherwise. Click the WiFi-like icon on the right to test and the green nodes indicate latency size.
Windows
For Windows systems, Clash for Windows is used. Click the WiFi-like icon on the right to test, and the green nodes indicate latency size.
